WebFeb 5, 2024 · The brake light and cruise control flash while the check engine light and traction control light stay lit. After a few days, it will all go back to normal and the flashing stops. While it is flashing I am unable to use cruise control and that seems to be the only issue while it's flashing. The battery is new and the connections are secure. You have codes for the speed sensors so your ABS and traction control are inoperable which triggers the brake light to flash.
