Restart pc. And voila game runs. The game is in the very bad shape. Ryzen 7 3700x 970 got 25-40 fps in jungles. Went to the Crysis folder itself on my hard drive, went to Crysis > Bin64 then clicked on Crysis64.exe (the one I assumed I needed since I have Windows 64 bit) and got the same result as usual.
