WebOct 29, 2013 · I have the same thing. This past week I was and still am having a major family issue and my anxiety has been 24/7 and in overdrive. I feel like I have shortness of breath, afraid to eat, my legs are weak and shaky, tightness around my upper abdomen. I can't wait to go to bed at night because all anxiety goes away.
